Can I come and try on the designs?

Do you charge for the appointments?
-We do charge £15 for appointments but the appointment fee is redeemable against purchase. Any appointments booked after an order is placed are included in the service.
Can I change the dress styles?
-Yes, you can. We make the dresses in our London studio and therefore can accommodate any requests and even make bespoke dresses. Please read the alterations service for full info about what we can do for you.

How do I buy a dress?
-You can place an order online for a standard size and style dress. If you want a dress with any kind of alterations, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a quote.
Can I pay in instalments?
-You can pay in two instalments. However, we require the dress paid in full before we start making it. If you wish to pay in instalments we’ll send you two invoices separately.
Can I cancel my order?
-Yes, you have 48 hours to cancel your order. If you wish to do so, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do your materials come from?
-UK, France, China, U.S. and Scotland
Where are the dresses made?
-All our dresses are handcrafted in our studio in South London.
What is the turnaround time?
-The usual turnaround time for long dresses is 12-16 weeks, skirts and tops 6-8 weeks and for accessories 4 weeks. We are able to prioritise orders and have the items ready earlier. This requires special arrangements and a priority order fee of £100-200 might be charged. If you have a tight schedule contact us on email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do for you.
How do I store and care for my dress?
-Dry clean your dress after the wedding. Then fold it nicely and store it in a box. Do not hang your dress as it might stretch over time.
