Delivery
All our items are made-to-order and the turnaround times for orders are as follows (from the date we receive the deposit payment):
Wedding dresses: 4-6 months
Accessories: 4-6 weeks
Priority order
If your schedule doesn't allow the 4-6 month turnaround time, we are able to prioritise some orders and have the items ready earlier. This requires special arrangements, and a priority order fee of £100-300 is added to your order total. Some fabrics are made-to-order specifically for your dress and can take up to 4 weeks to produce, which means certain dresses simply can’t be rushed. Under 3 months + £200
5-7 weeks + £300
Accessories:
2-3 week turnaround time + £50
If you have a specific time frame you need the item for, please let us know so we can work around it. The priority order fee is per item. Please check with us if you have any further questions.
Shipping
Wedding dresses
The dresses are sent via courier service as an insured delivery, and the shipment will always be recorded. Indie Bride London is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by circumstances outside our control. The recipient is liable for paying any customs fees.
In addition to the below fees, insurance that's 2% of the order total will be added to the delivery cost.

Non-delivery
If, for some reason, you have not received your item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order and try to get it delivered to you. Indie Bride London is not responsible for any non-delivered items or items lost during the shipment, but we will do anything we can to help you.
