Booking an appointment
You can book an appointment here if you want to visit our showroom to try on our dresses, talk about customising or to get a bespoke dress designed specifically for you.
Placing an order
You can place any standard order online. Just choose your size, colour and lead time (see lead time and priority orders below).
If you want to customise your dress please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply book an appointment here. You can then place your order during your appointment or have some time to think and place the order via phone later.
Lead time and priority orders
The lead times are as follows (from the date we receive the payment in full):
Dresses - 12-16 weeks
Skirts and tops - 6-8 weeks
Accessories - 4 weeks
If you need your item to be made quicker, we are most likely able to do that by prioritising your order at an extra charge.
Priority order charges:
Priority order fee for 8-11 weeks lead time: £100
Priority order fee for 3-7 weeks lead time: £200
Skirts and tops:
Priority order fee for 3-5 weeks lead time: £200
Priority order fee for 2-3 weeks lead time: £50
Note that bridal sizing differs from high street sizing. If you usually wear a size 10 on the high street, you are most likely to be size 12 or even 14 when it comes to bridal sizing. See our size guide before placing any order. Please note that the measurements on the size guide are body measurements, not dress measurements. If your measurements are in between sizes, you should choose the bigger size when the sizing is 8-16 and the smaller size when the sizing is XS-XL.

Your waist: 75 cm / 29.5 in
Your hip: 103 cm / 40.6 in
The correct size for you: 14 or M

Returns / exchanges / refunds
You can return or exchange your item if you wish. Returns and exchanges should be requested from us within 14 days of receiving the item via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will not accept returns if the item is simply returned to us without any communication or customised in any way.
Orders after a visit to our showroom:
You have 48 hours to cancel your order if you change your mind. We order the fabrics as soon as we get an order so cancellation and full refund after 48 hours is not possible. You can cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com within 48 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order once the materials have been ordered, we are able to refund you 50%.
We do not offer refunds / exchanges on items that have been customised in any way.
